Refund Policy

100-day trial, even after normal use

You can try out our NoLayer pans and cutting boards at home for 100 days, starting from the day after receipt. Not satisfied? Report your return within that period. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount of the returned product. Normal signs of use due to trying out are no reason to refuse a return.

How to return a product

  1. Email support@nolayerkitchen.com with your name, order number, and the products you wish to return. Stating a reason is not mandatory.
  2. Return the products within 14 days of your return notification. Clean used kitchen utensils and pack them carefully. The original packaging is useful but not mandatory.
  3. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Return address: JV Brands, Nemerlaerhof 11, 5709 NH Helmond, Netherlands. You can email us in advance for return instructions; prior permission is not a condition for legal withdrawal.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning are at your expense. The rate depends on the carrier, the weight, and your country of shipment. We do not charge administration or restocking fees. Have we delivered an incorrect or defective product? Then we will pay the necessary return costs for resolving that complaint.

Refund

We will refund within 14 days of your return notification via the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise without additional costs for you. We may wait until the product is returned or you have demonstrated that it has been returned, whichever comes first. In case of a full return, we will also refund any standard delivery costs paid. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not included. Processing by your bank may take a few working days.

Conditions of the trial period

The trial period applies to normal household use according to the usage advice. Intentional damage and misuse are not covered. When returning a complete set, you must return the components of that set together. Your legal rights in case of a defective part remain intact.

Your legal cooling-off period

In addition to this trial period, you generally have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal for an online purchase, without giving reasons. The period starts on the day after receipt by you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier. For multiple products from one order that are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last product.

For items other than pans and cutting boards, the legal right of withdrawal applies, unless a broader arrangement is stated for the item. You may unpack and assess a product as you would in a store. Only with use that goes beyond what is necessary for that assessment can a reduction in value apply under the legal regulation. For pans and cutting boards, we also accept normal signs of use during our trial period.

Legal exceptions only apply if they actually apply to the product and have been communicated in advance. Opening or normal use of our pans and cutting boards does not exclude the trial period.

Received defective or damaged?

Email your order number and a description of the problem to our customer service. If possible, add photos. Your legal rights do not expire if you do not report a defect within a few days. The trial period is separate from the legal warranty: a product must meet what you can reasonably expect.
