Cancel Order

Do you want to cancel your order? Email us within 1 hour of ordering via support@nolayerkitchen.com. Please state your name, order number, and that you wish to cancel.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

After the first hour, your order may already be in preparation. We may not always be able to stop processing or shipping at that point. This period does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. Even after shipment, you can withdraw from the agreement and return the product after receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds

We will confirm your cancellation by email and refund the full amount via the original payment method. In case of statutory withdrawal, we will do this within 14 days of your notification at the latest. If the product has already been shipped, we may wait until we have received it back or you provide proof that you have returned it, whichever comes first. We will only use a different payment method if you agree to it and without additional costs for you.

Processing by your bank may take several business days.

100-Day Trial

Our pans and cutting boards also come with a 100-day trial, even after normal household use. Read the conditions in our return policy.
