Which size do I need?
Consider the dishes you cook often and the space on your hob. A larger cooking surface gives ingredients more room. Available sizes are shown at the top of this page.
Will my food stick?
Cooking technique matters. Preheat gently, add oil or butter and avoid turning food too early. More heat is not always better.
How do I clean the pan?
Let the pan cool. Use warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Soak stuck-on food. Follow the instructions supplied with your pan for dishwasher use and maximum temperatures.
Do I need a complete set straight away?
Not necessarily. Start with the size you use most often. A set is useful when you cook several dishes at once and will use the different pans.
Can the handle get hot?
Yes, a metal handle can get hot, especially during longer cooking or oven use. Use protection and follow the instructions supplied with your pan.
Can I return my order?
